getting in early to put my side (Manly) as chance to win their first wooden spoon in 2023. We are just awful. Based on who we are loosing and gaining next year it's only going to get worse from here.

Congrats Wests Tigers. Your undying commitment and resilience to collect the wooden spoon was a beautiful tragedy to watch unfold.
May the Sheens/Benji era ring in a new dynasty of competitiveness which will see you scale the ladder to the lofty heights of 9th.

Well done to the Wests Tigers. They just wanted it more than the other teams and it showed through their performances. Will always defeats skill.

This is the first wooden spoon their club has received and hopefully not the last.

Interesting battle this year. A few teams put their hands up at times.

In the end the Tigers were glorious.

Manly left their run a little late this year but I have faith in those homophobic shitbags to roll their sleeves up and lift their shirts for next year's tilt at that most glorious of prizes.

Gona be a dog fight.

Dragons and Tigers.
I feel it’s a little more open. The Tigers have picked up a few wins lately and are looking worlds apart from where they were 12 months ago. The Dragons have lost a string of close games lately, but I feel once they sort the coaching situation out they’ll win a few. Could see the spooners this year being someone left field.

Smokey could be Manly tbh.

With origin around the corner they will lose DCE which puts further pressure on the depth.

Turbo is a shallow of himself.

I cant see them winning more then 1 game in the next 6-7 weeks at least.

Canberra - Away
Newcastle - Away - No DCE/Jurbo
Bye
Dolphins - Home
Parramatta - Away - No DCE/Jurbo/Turbo????
Melbourne - Away
Roosters - Home
Bye

Looking at the ladder, I can see a team like Manly falling way down. They seem to be the most likely to slip due to depth. One of those sides where at full strength, they are very good but a few key injuries or absentees sends them to the bottom rung.

For Manly to win the spoon the Dragons would have to win 3 more games than Manly.

And to be perfectly honest, I can’t see the Dragons winning 3 games.
