Correct, Canes have lost 2 finals and the Stars have lost 3.

The Stars spend a lot of cap on Stoinis and Maxwell, and they often get called up to the national team and miss some games. Obviously that wasn’t the case this season but it’s clear they are generally the kind of rocks or diamonds bats you need in T20. If either one comes off you are probably going to win the game, and if both come off then you can pull off crazy scores like yesterday.

The Sixers stack their team with good cricketers who are almost no chance of getting a national team call up, as opposed to Maxwell and Stoinis who usually play a maximum of 10 games each, and when both are missing the stars are almost no chance.
