Why are we continuing to waste our time worrying about this bloke? He's gone................
We had niff nuffs like Heighno to do the dog work. If he did his job properly Teo would be able to score those doubles and set up trys like he did when our pack was going forward.
you are right but the way he left has left a sour taste in many fans mouths. i very rarely carry any sort of emotions for people that play no direct impact in my life. however i will always remain spiteful towards glenn morrison and ben teo.
We built him up from a Balmain junior and he bailed for the first offer that came his way, then gave the BS about it wasnt for the money. There may be more that went with the story? im sure Tiget Nick will remember the full details.what did Morrison do?

two years later norths went bellyup and he never got all of his final year contract paid out to him. theres karma for you.
So he went to the Cowboys for a few years, before bailing on them for Parra for 05 to "increase his chances of playing in a grand final." The prick got what he had coming, that 29-0 game really brought a smile to my face (and I don't like the Cowboys at all or Parra, so I didn't care who we played).
More talent in his left one than the blokes we've kept. Showed in the WC what he can do with good people around him getting him up. I bet we regret it.
Yeah, Heighno is sh*t.
If that useless, dog-it sack of sh*t Te'o becomes the next Andrew Johns, I'll still not miss him for a split second.
Several players were offered, and Fulton was the only one who's price wasn't too high. Says a lot about how much we pay our players. No denying that Ben Te`o is a massive talent, but laziness and a seemingly lack of desire is holding him back at the moment. I`m sure he`ll come good at the Broncos, but I think it was a wise move cutting him lose as I believe that he thaught everything would come too easy and probably needed a club to cut him lose to give himself a bit of a reality check.
On a similar subject, what a disgracefull decision to cut Liam Fulton and keep Dene Halatau, it`s the mismatch of the century to even compare the two.
One game into the season is enough for me to reconfirm my belief that Halatau is an imposter of a starting first grader. Sure he offers good utility value of the bench, but he`s on a starters wages !!!
Starters wages for both of them if you ask me.No denying that Ben Te`o is a massive talent, but laziness and a seemingly lack of desire is holding him back at the moment. Too true Vish, he missed two tackles that led to tries. On a similar subject, what a disgracefull decision to cut Liam Fulton and keep Dene Halatau, it`s the mismatch of the century to even compare the two.

So your suggesting the Broncos forwards are just as bad as ours.We had niff nuffs like Heighno to do the dog work. If he did his job properly Teo would be able to score those doubles and set up trys like he did when our pack was going forward.
It's like suggesting Lauititi or Solamona or someone should be taking hit ups. It's not their job! He's a wide running impact second rower and using these blokes as battering rams is why we suck and have sucked from the moment we started trying it.
Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to have him in the centres. Or restructure the team to set up for players like him. Now that I think about it, many good GF teams have done so with similar players. Parra and NZ the teams of the two I previously mentioned.
You've got to face it - Not everyone can be an average work horse in a forward pack. If we had a team full on Heighnos, we'd struggle to post points. Teo and Bronson are class, expecting them to do the dog work is why we sucked and I can't believe you can't recognise it. It's like wondering why Collis doesn't come in to run it in to Civoneciva - it's not their game.
