I would not say Benji cant tackle, what i would say is that he doesn't commit or attempt to make tackles which is nothing short of a dog act that his team mates and WT supporters should not have to put up with.

Very selfish, the ego got in the way of what was best for the team.
He was a passenger all night and has become so predictable .

Hospital pass's all night .

His no look pass is the biggest tell in the game, he would be better off passing to where he is looking .I think the opposition would be shocked and confused if he did pass to the person he was looking at.

And he just does not look fit !!!

Benji signing for another 5 years is......................a great signing for Benji ;-)

I heard Bobby Fulton talk about last nights game on the radio this afternoon and he said, I watched Siro's young son last night and the Tigers have to stick with him because the kid is going to be something special and will play for Australia at 5/8 Now that's not word for word but Fulton is what Australian selector, former Australian coach, premiership winning coach and an Immortal.

Maybe Humphreys should consult with Fulton before slipping that new contract to Benji but get the liquid paper out and change the 5 to 2 maybe.

If you put Benji at 5/8 in the current Souths or Storm teams he would carve the opposition up every week. As others have said the main problem that needs to be sorted is a decent forward pack and a decent half. When we going well a couple of years ago we had Gareth Ellis and Robert Lui - two huge losses.

I would just like to see Sirro getting the backline to run onto the ball.He can initiate this easily by running onto the ball himself to start with.

I think young Siro dominated junior football as he was a big kid who was not slow and had a good football brain. Iam not sure on what I have seen if he has the skills or the speed to play in a NRL backline. So with that in mind I would send him back to reserve grade so he can learn to be a forward.

I have no doubt he will be a good player in a few years, not sure he will be a great player

Some expect too much from our youngsters. The experience from being in the NRL will be a good foundation for next year. John Sutton has been a revelation with Maguire at the helm and I have no doubt Potter will do the same with Curtis. I'd like to see Joel Luani, Akuoala and Groat into the side. If necessary drop Blair if he is not performing.

Miller might not have been the answer,we will never know, but one thing is for sure he got the rough end of the pineapple. He was a way better no7 than Moltzen.Marshall and Anasta.

It never pays to fall out with one the two main selectors in the club!!!

He is not better than any of those 3. Even moltzen had some good games at number 7 pre Lui. Miller has been pretty ordinary so far.

You maybe right, I guess we will never know but I somehow think with his stupid no look passes, failing to kick when he should and stupid last play options these clubs would be brought back to the pack because of him. He is not an organiser and never has been, he is a freakish player who has lost some of that freakishness....

Well someone in the press has put it in the press:)

The obvious question looking forward for management will be how the Tigers can keep all these young guns happy if Marshall is locked in until the end of 2017 on a deal reportedly worth $4 million?Marshall is still one of the game's best playmakers when his pack is going forward and at 28 has a lot of football ahead of him.

He has also given tremendous service to the club since debuting in 2003 and is worth his weight in gold from a marketing perspective.

On NRL.com.au Benji has been interviewed and said among other things;

"My job is to provide attack and direction to the team and that hasn't really happened this year. I don't really know what to put it down to."

A collection of Marshall's flick passes could fill a highlights reel of their own, but the 28-year-old said he needs to focus less on the spectacular and get back to basics.

Well I say "No shit Sherlock."
