I'm hearing that the dragons are certainties (which I said all along) but I have heard from a good source that parra have come in with a late offer. Now there's only a small chance 85% dragon 15% eel that he'll join the eels cause his almost finialised his deal to STs and the eel deal is about 300k lower than the other offers over 3 years. But I think joining the eels would be the best thing for his career he'll be playing in a a great back line and a fantastic forward pack that will only get better.
