Benji did say he wants to win a premiership before retiring. Your trophy cabinet must be a real inspiration and should influence him your way.

Benji won't win shit at the sharks but if my maths is any good Benji will be 62 when the stains win their next trophy based on the current rate of one every 32 years !

Gal summed it up perfectly the other night.
If he wants to come n play footy with his mates then he's welcome at Cronulla.
If he wants to host the footy show every week then his priorities are wrong and can get fugged.

Fair enough... but Beau does it.

When we signed Beau he was a first grade footballer who already had a deal with the footy show.

Different issue with Benji IMHO.
Benji made it well known his priority was his media aspirations.

All settled then. Now lets get back to negotiating with those players for positions we are actually weak in.

Lol don't you be carrying on Loyal

You win the race for Benji. Now just hope he lives up to the faith.

Wonder who is getting the chop and impact on the players?

We need outside backs more than we needed Benji. Odd thing is you guys desperately need grunt up front and will now struggle to get it. Benji behind a pack being dominated more than not, is going to be interesting.

I for one am happy with the onfield result - so much of a circus, news headlined it as "the decision is over" like he's Lebron james....clowns....although, that's how he was acting I guess.

As chewsta said, lets beef up where we need it..

Off field, travesty, would have been a major plus for us.

For one thing, it'll be interestign to see how much he has left in the tank.

Surprisingly I find myself somewhat relieved.
I reckon he can still play good but geeze do we want anymore ex tigers?
It's an epidemic

Also he better not think he can live in the shire.
It's kogarah or dapto only.
