Curious what everybodys fave. Stephen King adaptation is. Obviously most will opt for The Shining, but I have Christine a close second then probably Salems Lot next. Lots of really good ones to choose from.

I reckon Carrie, although as you say The Shining would be a lot of people options and rightfully so. Yes to Salems Lot also but i haven't visited Christine yet.

#3 is full of quotes galore.
The bit with Zsa Zsa Gabor just before your quote and the host Dick Cavett says - let me ask you something…who gives a f**k what you think?
My wife and I tease each other with that every so often. lol

Not quite the same but every time i'm near a pool or a river i say to the better half "Davey that is deeeeeeeep water"
That was a line from Bette Davis in Burnt Offerings and i try to do it with the exaggerated phrasing that Bette used in later life.

Okay, heres a random one.

I don't know what it's called, and my description will be somewhat comical.
I don't remember if this is a movie, or just an episode of Tales from the Crypt or Darkside.
I suspect it's a movie

In any case, there's a person, or entity whose killing folk it ends when something happens to them, either they get burnt or melted down except its a false finish cause it gets back up, but it's little now, it looked like a small creature, almost like the skeleton from Tales from the Crypt and it chases someone (i think a lady?) around a house, or at least down a corridor, and they end up capturing it in a wooden box

A very vague description, but I'll give out 10 kudos to anyone who can name me what fits that bill

That sounds to me like you might be referring to the story "Amelia"from the 1975 anthology Trilogy of Terror which starred Karen Black in all 3 stories. That story is about a woman who buys a Zuni fetish doll(weird looking little thing) for her anthropologist boyfriend. There is a warning not to take the chain off the doll but it comes off and it ends up trying to kill her.

Just found on you tube a movie called A Howling In The Woods reuniting I Dream Of Jeanie stars Barbara Eden and Larry Hagman, not sure how good it is but will be interesting to watch just with the cast alone.
