No way could I blame Val for the grab on Kikau...nearly every person who watched the game expected him to offload to his support player and Val went they way too then at the last second he he had a grab at the big guy.....blame Prior & boogs for the miss in the lead up to that try.

No. Watch all the replays. Val did not go to the inside support runner at all. He went the correct way, only had (closed) eyes for Kikau and called the scramble to the inside runner.

The posted replay doesnt show it. The others do.

Yawn.............Val didn't dominate like he has for the last couple of months and faarrked up big time on the Cleary try. Still made a few crucial plays that showed he didn't drop his bundle after the clanger. How he hung onto that bomb when he got smashed is still beyond me.
