It proves how talented Mikael Akefeldt actually is. He can do epic, beautiful stuff like he does with Opeth. Then he can turn it right round and do stuff like he does in Bloodbath.

That recent Bloodbath album was quite alright actually I thought. I guess with the band members' other commitments they won't be touring that much though.

What an awesome mix of so many styles.

Have seen most of those bands but yet to see Orange Goblin! Wish they would tour oz.

i listen to a wide variety of metal....recently its mainly been "metalcore", deathcore etc but i love all different types.

i used to like hatebreed. but they do get old quick..all there songs are the same and they just pick a word and repeat it over and over again and thats their song.

i didnt say bloodbath was hardcore...or that i only listen to hardcore hevy devy.

They've since changed frontman to Bjorn "Speed" Strid, of Soilwork fame. Which to me is awesome because I'm a Soilwork fan.
