Best second rower in the game...

Um...try 3. 9 to 6. Taia with 2 less games as well.

Again, no. Taia 38 in 10 games, Creagh 32 in 12 games.

What are you talking about? Taia is averaging more metres and 2.5 times as many offloads as Creagh in the 2nd row this year.

Unless of course you're talking about Watmough, which is completely unrelated and not who I was comparing Taia to at all.
I was.
I know you were comparing those two.
You were debating who was second ,third and fourth best and I was just pointing that out.

Creagh is amazing. especially love it when he runs the ball. reminds me of a young Beaver Menzies. ALL THE WAY WITH BENNY CREAGH!

O'Donnell is plenty tough, but he doesn't change a game with the ball in hand the way that Creagh and even Gallen can.

I agree about Thaiday, every time I have watched the Broncos play he has been used wrong, he is now playing the role of battering ram and being tackled to a standstill, not his go.

Maybe not but I don't know any other player who in his 40 tackles or so a game makes so many bone jarring ones, he to be is the most balanced second rower, guys like Creagh and Taia are great in attack while guys like Hindmarsh and Johnson are great in defense but O'Donnell is great at both. If it weren't for injury and suspension his origin debut would have been many years ago and would have played plenty by now

Taia imo is the best 2nd rower in the attacking 20 in the competition. Whenever the ball goes out to him he looks like he is either going to score or set someone else up.

Creagh, Lahrs, Johnson, Ellis, Harrison, Taia, Gallen, O'Donnell and Houston.

Can't split them really. They all bring something different to the table.

Luke O'Donnell for both strong running and tackling game. Closely followed by Nathan Hindmarsh. Mark Minichello is in the mix as well.

creagh has been good for 14 weeks - i will reserve on judgement on him if he is still doing it in 2-3 years time.

choc watmough, hindmarsh, o'donnell, fitzgibbon all proven and up there as the best

Wrong....Creagh was easily our best forward and player in 2007, and was close to rep selection in a shocking side.
Last year he was excellent for us also.

People are taking more notice this season because we are at the top end of the ladder.
Creagh is one player who never lets you down.

Luke O'donnell has everything you want in a back-rower. Agression, skill, offload, footwork, stamina. Id have him #1 just over the likes of Creagh, Taia, Gallen, Ellis. Note they all do it both sides of the ball.

TLL could be the #1 if he gets a full year in, and watch Sika Manu if he gets a trouble free run in the 2nd half of the year.

Creagh hs the touch of class that puts him at the front of the field for mine, but I declare my suport for the Dragons so that obviously explains my thoughts.

Taia, TLL are relatively new on the scene and players of real promise. There are a stck of back rowers who have claims. Just about every club has a player or players they could put forward for such an argument. Its the most talent rich position in the game.

I will say this - I love the NSW back row for next week. Its the best mix of aggression, work rate & skill that the selectors could have picked. All three are punishing defenders & tough as nails.

I believe that if Weyman & Poore do the job up front (Kite is a myth IMO) then we can win the game on the edges. We just need Lyon and whoever else plays centre in Jennings is unfit to defend like their lives were on the line.

:lol::lol::lol:

So you have not watched any Dragon games in the last 2 years. He has been close to our best forward in that 2 year period. I realise that I am biased but he is the best 2nd rower playing ATM. Defensively he is excellent, strong running game possibly the most damaging, and he has size and speed.
