Most of the new changes are garbage, most would say that. The bonus point is dumb and the x-factor concept is dumber. Waste of time having a break after 10 overs

The power boost, where they can use 2 overs anytime after the 10th over (have only two fielders on the boundary) seems a good concept, though most teams screw it up anyway
