Seems every game has something riding on it from here on in.

Funnily enough the Gades aren't mathematically out of it yet.
If the Hurricanes, Thunder and Sixers win all their remaining games, and they manage to beat the Heat and hope it's a narrow result between the Scorchers and Strikers or no result then they can make it.

Perth are in the same boat, and needing to beat the Strikers. Could come down to NRR

Strikers need the Stars to lose against the Canes, and for Brisbane to lose one of their games (against the Canes and Heat) while also beating both the Sixers and Scorchers in the coming days.

My pick to get the 4th spot is of course the Heat, simply put, win both and it's theirs (Canes and Gades). Win one, and depending if the Stars win or lose, and how Adelaide go in their 2 games then one win MAY be enough.

My beloved Stars are currently occupying 4th spot, but won't be when they face the Canes in the last game - have a fairly simple equation comparatively - Hope that Heat drop a game, and then beat the Canes

Murphy with the wickets of D Short and the set Carey in his first over.
Strikers in a spot of bother, they don't have a deep batting line up tonight

Idea #2: If a team gets bowled out before the 20 overs is completed they have a once only option to sacrifice 10 runs from their total to give a batter a 2nd chance. If the 1st innings doesn't take the option then the 2nd innings can't.
