Don't know. Which of those three is responsible for the improvement in Creagh?

Who's to say Creagh hasn't improved naturally, and that he could be much more if coached correctly?

Who's to say he hasn't exceeded his potential? This could go back and forth forever. It's a combination of all three for all players, including players like Gasnier, Ryles, Cooper etc.

Seriously, all this fuss about a player who has played what 80 mins total in 3 FG games in his entire career.

That's true.

Not really borat.

The main point, which I think was missed, was the planning and retention policy for our future.

It's got me confused as to what on earth Doust is doing. Leano leaving is an example of this plan and part of the overall problem I am questioning.

Which is what is for dinner tonight... I mean, winning a premiership.

Ok In all seriousness can you see Leanno rising to FG starting prop in the next 2-3 years, because if you can't then he shouldn't be in our top 25. At the very very best you could hope for an impact role off the bench and that would be reliant on losing a number of players who are ahead of him in the pecking order.

Ricky Thorby has shown more than enough to prove he deserves this spot more than Leanno.

You can't bag coaching & environment in an instance where one player hasn't thrived & then give it no credit where one has.

Perhaps the fact that he hasn't improved in exactly the same environment as his best mate is the reason why they are looking at letting him go. They have both been in the system for the same amount of time after all.

Exactly.

This is emphasised with Sims who is on a decent salary compared to Houston & Scott who IMO are more deserving of a starting position.

Well, we'll see how Leano goes at the Dogs next year. His success (Or lack of) will justify one of the two arguments here today.

I still think Sims can be anything with the right coach too.

As much as I like Charlie, the quickness of the NRL has passed him by. He would be stronger than 95% of props in First Grade, but his speed and stamina have let him down.

TBH I think he would be more suited to Rugby Union these days. Would walk into the Wallabies at least.

Hopefully we keep Charlie's brother on the books though.

Policy?? What??

Probably just has all the player's names on a dartboard and uses that to decide who will be let slip through our fingers next.

I know we have good forwards, but letting big Charlie go is crazy...he has a lot to offer and I think the Dogs are lucky to have him.
