isn't Big Flanno coming on the Phil Gould Show tonight to make his big sales pitch ?
Yep and he was on the radio this morning with pig riddel but I missed itisn't Big Flanno coming on the Phil Gould Show tonight to make his big sales pitch ?
It's tough with a mouthful of ivory.I think so.
Talking is not his strong point either.
Thats what I was getting at last week, was it Morris, or was it the teams with so many good players in it.He had an Under 20's team that most teams couldn't beat and they went out the back door in the finals a couple of years back..
Do you think Greenberg tickled the ivory, and then gave his go ahead??It's tough with a mouthful of ivory.
Don’t worry, he will be fine after Nathan brown comes as his assistant.I think Morris is out of his depth with a head coaching role. I'm not bagging the bloke but some blokes either make good coaches or they don't(e.g. Barrett). There is more to coaching than setting training drills during the week. He had an Under 20's team that most teams couldn't beat and they went out the back door in the finals a couple of years back.
I'm not too fussed about getting Flanno back or not although I favour having him than not having him.
I've always been a fan of Toovey and I just think he is way to good of a coach to be unemployed. The thing that pissed me off with Morris was watching the boys warm up at Brooky in a semi final doing flick balls thinking they already had the game won. A respected coach wouldn't have allowed that.
Will be much more important a signing than you think. Dymock was a cancer for Morris.Don’t worry, he will be fine after Nathan brown comes as his assistant.
It's a Sharks thing to do in putting Morris as coach. Doesn't cost much, came through coaching ranks, knows players, rubbed up the right people, easiest option.I think Morris is out of his depth with a head coaching role. Pre Flanno? Or during Flanno’s forced stay out of the game? It's a Sharks thing to do in putting Morris as coach. Doesn't cost much, came through coaching ranks, knows players, rubbed up the right people, easiest option.
That's how the club was run pre Flanno and seems to of gotten back on that path

I think he's referring to the Peter Sharp/James Shepherd year, 2014. Which was in fact during the Flanno years, not pre. They got Flanno internally.
Before Flanno they got Ricky (external), Stuart Raper- (external but you could argue internal based on his previous coaching at the club), Chris Anderson (external), John Lang (external), Beetson (external? I don't think he was with the club prior???)
Is he officially known as Big Flanno now in RL circles?isn't Big Flanno coming on the Phil Gould Show tonight to make his big sales pitch ?
