Some teams go for alot of borderline/average first graders in the hope of making them into better players. And some teams dont buy as much but go for more quality. That looks like the difference between dragons/para/sharks and roosters/dogs over the last 10 years.

In defence to LL3, he is making valid points about your pathetic excuse of a club.

Todd Greenberg and George Pepenis had to resort in stealing juniors from other clubs since your club can't breed local juniors and when that does not work like your u20s team, your club goes even lower by stealing established rep players from other clubs.
