i still have that infest album somewhere in my car... it really was top notch...I'm not sure how 50 cent can be labelled a sell out if he has never actually changed....
The bloke has been a useless cookie cutter pop star his entire career. As manufactured as Mylie Cyrus.
Kings of Leon could be labelled as sell outs, changing their sound and look to be more top 40 friendly. However their new music still rocks so its a bit tough to label them as such.
I'll go with Papa Roach. The difference between Infest and whatever their next album was called was ridiculous
i always wonder what Cliff Burton would think of Metallica
Probably the same as what the rest of the guys in the band think of it..
What makes you think he would have been any different?
i just can't imagine Cliff going for this sh*t
Pink- for her song 'Mr President'. A shameless excuse to gain cred amongst the trendy leftoids with a "I hate the President he's evil wah wah wah" song. Best of all is when, in the song, she asks Bush if he knows "what a days hard work feels like?" The worst decision Pink could make would be producing an album that bombs in the charts. The worst decision Bush could make was a decision that cost people their lives.
Also have to mention Linkin Park for their song 'Hands Held High' on their last album. It was like they'd read some of the rants by the likes of Chook and Blade on here and turned it into a "Look at us, we're dissing the Bu$hitler, are we bad-ass or what?" fest. Some of the other songs on 'Minutes to Midnight' were too commercial-pop sounding for mine too. It's a damn pity, because 'Meteora' was a kick-arse album.
Sell outs are those who have differing opinions to you?
Sellouts are people who jump on an ideological bandwagon just because they think it will give them more cred.
