Billy Slater on field bullying. A low act

They were actually holding him up to stop him crying and slitting his wrists because he saw a bird hit some power lines on the way to the game.

I think it's about time a moderator started wielding his power of persuasion. He should have taken control of this post before and wiped a few of these totally unacceptable posts from this thread.
If a moderator cannot see that some of these posts are unacceptable then he should not be a moderator.

Slater is a grub and a little pr**k. He is one of the lowest turds in the game. I don't give a damn how good he plays. F88k him.

A disgraceful act. People are saying if it was so bad Mullen would have said something to the media. Why would he? If Patterson doesn't want to know what said be out there why should Mullen betray him? The sledge might have been directly related to event/s that caused Patterson depression. The players might know. Doesn't mean they need to be made public.

What Slater did is just as bad as a racial insult. He should be suspended.

How is this a low act? You punces obviously dont see the fun side in the NRL.
This is fantastic and should be more of it. But mainly aim the on field bullying on those deluded referees. Sure they got enough in high school, however now I see why.

Slater is an absolutely disgusting human being, so this is no surprise.

When he's not stamping on players faces or running into fights punching players in the back or kicking them in the face as they try to score a try, he's taunting someone about a mental illness.

Absolute scum of the earth.

Holy f**king sh*t, this could almost be construed as a pro knights comment!

The day you start crying about being bullied by Billy Slater of all people is the day you need to retire from rugby league, hand in your penis to the proper authorities and take up roller blading.

Have a glass of cement Patterson and harden the f**k up you skirt.

Pato should have just snotted him.

Billy always has a rough time up here. We have always hated the little douchebag, and we let him know - expect it to be even more pronounced next year.

I turned the radio on and I think I heard Gibbs say it was "go to your room and have a cry". Did I take it out of context, was Gibbsy just guessing what was said? I'm not so sure because I tuned in mid-sentence.

how do you figure? i've never seen Carl running to mummy because some guy half his size was mean to him.

and Pato 'ran to mummy' when exactly? He took exception, and refrained from giving Slater the snotting he deserved because he didnt want to give away a penalty. Is it Pato blowing up in the media? erm, no....

Yeah he probably should have, it certainly would have looked a lot better than having a big sook about it.

exactly. what's the point of blowing up and punching Billy out? sure what slater was saying was absolute rubbish and completely heartless and he's a grub for saying it, there's no point in retaliating, and have a chance of conceding a penalty and/or getting sin binned or sent off with a possible suspension because if fighting with billy most likely getting away with it like he is now anyway.

Patto not punching the s*** out of slater wasn't a softy thing to do, it was a wise thing to do. I wouldve done the exact same thing
