back the f**k up.... what? who's "most"? i haven't heard anyone say they thought Milford deserved the CC Medal over JT. He was solid but not a standout, and in the end the broncos lost the wa.... sorry, battle.

As has been said, i've heard people mention Granville as a possible winner, and i wouldnt have had a problem with that if he had, but im more than with the decision to give it to JT. He kicked the field goal after all.

Milf really stepped up after Round 11, but to say he sucked beforehand is petty. Truth be told, Milf was already playing 'well' by Round 3, he just kept getting better from that point on.

Also while I don't necessarily agree (nor care, it would have been a consolation), I've seen and heard a few people say that Milf was unlucky or was close to the best player on the ground. It isn't like IBM made that out of thin air, just watch any replays of the Fox shows and they typically touch on it when they're talking about Milford.

Even so, the point was he finished the season on a high note, which is why he received all those wraps in the aftermath of the season.

Mate if you have actually been listening and reading properly, you would know that the majority of people have said that Milford was the best player on the field and should have got the Clive Churchill Medal.

If you don't believe me just read some articles that have come out since the Grand Final.

Thurston got it because he's Thurston. No way was he best on the park. Milford was best on ground and Thurston wasn't even the best player for the Cowboys.

I'm a Cowboys fan and I thought Milford was one of the best on ground, easily better than JT.

I thought he looked dangerous every time he ran the ball

I remember a break he made in the second half. He had no support and looked around like wtf are you merkins doing. If Bennett hadn't of shut up shop in the second half it might have been a very different result

JT was always going to get the CC medal if the Cows won. He could of had an absolute shocker and still got it. He played well but I don't think he was the best player on the field for that game.

Pfft Austin couldn't even finish the game due to a graze on his knee. Ricky praised Sezer for a toughness after the game, no doubt a sly dig at Austin for leaving his team in a time of need.
