If you watch the video it seems they understand they have only this year and next to play together.

I wouldn't be shocked if this might be there last year together.

If Jayden can secure a good long term contract they Sharks might let him go.

And there's a few clubs desperate for a good number 9

Great to hear Brailey signed on, need to worry about the no 9 position in the Shire, this kid is going to be something special for the Sharks.

I can't see why we can't play with two hookers, most clubs do. Jayden is filling out pretty well, no reason he can't play hooker for the first 30, then move into the backrow. It seems to be happening a bit now anyway.

Yikes just realised how much he is getting. That's overs for a rookie only playing 15 mins a game!!!! No wonder he is smiling, could cost them Nikora unless more players are moved on.

Or is it an indirect way of keeping Jayden as well - money still ends up with the same family after all...

Jaydens contract ends earlier as well. Interesting because in an interview last week they were pretty much convinced they can't play together forever.

At a few clubs. Reed Mahoney was shifting the to caboose of the scrum before Will Smith was injured. Brandon Smith is a hooker playing backrow at the Storm. Knights have done it with Levi to get Mann on. Jazz Tevaga plays as much backrow as hooker. The other Sione Katoa at Penrith plays backrow.

Common trend now

Yep, B1 occasionally filling that roll.
I would not be surprised if they are training up B2 as a back up half as Well, just a couple of things I've noticed in his play.
Two predictions I'm going to Make,
if B1 and B2 are the priorities it may see Flange Jnr leave.
If one of the B's leave I'll take a punt and say B1 to the Roosters. He went for them as a kid and Friend's time will be about up.
