Has she pressed charges?

Poor Dugan couldn't last even one day in an origin team, before his name has been mentioned in the papers. Disappointing from Fergo if true, not sure why these players are under the impression that they are kink of the world...egocentric twats! grow up!

This kind of shit does more damage to the game than any punch on the field. Watch the authorities who continue to ruin the game on the field do nothing about this off-field crap. Even if the Faders sack him he'll just end up somewhere else, probably on just as much money in the long-run.

At least they were inside the premises drinking and not on the roof! You can't say they haven't improved in that department.

Let justice run its course and if he's guilty then delist the prick. I always knew Ferguson was a germ.
At this stage all that is known is that Police attended and that Ferguson is somehow involved. He could have been the one who called police for all we know.

An incident we know absolutely nothing about aside, he has done nothing to warrant being deregistered.

Bloody stupid on the NSW coaching staffs part, they knew that these two are inclined to bring out the worst in each other and should have made attempts to keep them apart outside of training.

I bet they were drinking cruisers again to.

aren't they both still receiving counselling? sorry but why should their camp be blamed if they are both idiots? you just don't ever name them again. Enroll them in an early childhood service if they can't behave.

Firstly, anyone who refers to another person as "bra" should be de-registered. Secondly, we don't know any details and everyone is already jumping up and down. Good win by the media.

I am a staunch league fan but enough is enough. How much longer will we stand for poor behavior tarnishing the code.

Forever it seems as we are the only club willing to do anything about it instead of trying to sweep it under the carpet and the NRL continues to punish us for it by just letting the player we punish grab another contract with another club instead of making them sit out for some time and prove that they are not going to re offend before letting them come back into the comp.

I still think Canberra should have dropped Dugan to NSW Cup until July first then sacked him.

Ah well. We'll sack him, NRL will take no action, he'll join a Sydney club, we'll receive no compensation, get absolutely nothing from it, he'll have a few good games, Sydney media starts talking about how he received the kick up the ass he needed and how he has turned his life around... only to do it again.

Recognising this goes a long way to being a Raiders fan.

Canberra have had a shit run, but you can't say they are the only club willing to do anything... Before we nabbed TC we copped the same treatment with Bird, Seymour, etc.

That's exactly why we shouldn't this time. You do the right thing in this comp and you get stung for it.

It seems as though Ferguson may have got himself in to trouble. Being reported that police are investigating a night club incident from last night.

lol @ Raiders 'the only team who takes action.'

They sacked The Dugan only after he virtually refused to play, & they gave Carney precisely 165 chances.

Do the Raiders really try not to sweep incidents under the carpet.

How many incidents did Todd Carney and Josh Dugan have before they were sacked?

Unless he goes to prison we can't sack him.

We've done it twice and it's bitten us on the arse twice. Not again.

In Australia we don't "press charges", we make a complaint. The police lay charges.

We still don't know what happened. For all we know he could of been the victim of an unprovoked attacked or be a witness of some capacity. Hopefully it is so...

Possible but not probable.

That said, what's happened to the Ben Teo case. Didn't one of the players involved ring the police? Teo's playing Origin so unless Fergo has done something absolutely f**king stupid and it's on CCTV footage then he should be sweet if using Teo as a test case.

Sexual Assault allegation

UPDATE: STATE of Origin star Blake Ferguson has been questioned by police over an allegation of sexual harassment at a Cronulla drinking spot last night. The 23-year-old was allegedly involved in incident at about 10.30pm. Police are now reviewing CCTV footage and are investigating the claims.
He was interviewed at Miranda police station last night and early this morning before being released. Police have not released the nature of the allegations.
The Canberra star was out with former Raiders teammate Josh Dugan, who was celebrating his recall to the NSW side for game two next week.
Both players were at the Blues camp in Sydney this morning and were taken up in a lift with a team official for a meeting with coach Laurie Daley.
Daley later emerged to speak to the media and confirm the investigation.
"We have been made aware of an allegation and have been in contact with the NRL's integrity unit,'' Daley said, reading from a prepared statement.

"We will continue to cooperate with the police investigation.
"Josh Dugan was with Blake at the time, but there has been no allegations made against [Dugan] and we will update you as the matter continues.''
NSW police revealed they have already studied CCTV footage from the club.
"Police from Miranda Local Area Command are investigating an alleged incident at a licensed premises in Cronulla that occurred about 10.30pm last night,'' a NSW police spokesman said.
"Police have reviewed CCTV from the location and have interviewed a number of people.
"However, investigations into the matter are continuing."
The restaurant is closed for business on Monday and Tuesdays. The owner or manager were not available for comment.
Ferguson has had a string of disciplinary problems this year.
He was suspended earlier this season, fined $10,000 and ordered to undergo counselling after a drinking session with Dugan.
There is word that Dugan and Ferguson have been taken away from the Blues camp at Coogee's Crowne Plaza hotel.

Unless Ferguson is charged.

Te'o has never been charged and the allegation was a woman running to the media - not to the police.
