I dont have a pounds symbol, lol

and most of those guys dont play that often but anyway, the point was made

I know you don't have a pounds symbol. That was my point.

I seem to recall Barry, Clichy, Hart, Zab, Richards, Barry and Milner all playing in the last two weeks.

More delusional rubbish.

Spurs got through to the final 8 in their first year last season with no player on more that €70K a week.

No one at Citeh is on less than €180K a week. Great work by the unbelievable boss in paying overs for some of those duds who couldn't even get out of the group stages.

No-one? Really? Talk about delusional.

Oh and pound sign is Alt+0163.

Well done. You are the ultimate United band-wagoner. Probably have a Beckham Sharp jersey in your closet.

Manchester City = debt free and set up with long term infrastructure
Manchester United = full of debt from some dopey Americans and can't sign anyone of talent.

You sign Phil Jones, we sign Kun Aguero. Kun Aguero.

You don't get it, do you? Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal = big clubs that generate revenue, born out of a century of success. Chel$ki, $hitteh = small clubs that rely on a constant injection of funds from sugar daddies, and that will return to mediocity once the sugar daddies disappear and the money dries up. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Love you too RP. :D

While it's unfortunate a dickhead like cliffy gets to celebrate, I feel happy for Tom Shines and other City fans like him. Enjoy it, mate. Must be the next thing to a Souths Grand Final win for you. :)

Yeah right. 1999 still clearly burns for you.

Anyway, how about f**king off to the United thread if you want to lay the boot in, and leave this thread to the City fans to celebrate?

This Manchester derby is about to step up a whole new level.

So glad I went to the Pig & Whistle this morning to watch, it was a perfect advertisement as to why you don't need finals in domestic football for a memorable conclusion. 85 minutes in, I thought I was going to be standing in a pub full of crying City fans, contemplating facebook becoming polluted with status upates like "#20! GGMU!" City had something like 23 shots on goal before the equalizer came? Am checking video footage for the reaction of fans when the match winner was slotted in, because to say they were excited where I was is somewhat of an understatement...
