You think it's funny that people study f/t and have to still support themselves? shows you what type of f**king idiot you are.

Maybe if i went to a stupid local act it wouldn't cost much as the price reflects the quality, cheap and sh*t!

f**king lighten up ronnie

Still judging people by the crap they listen to.

Tell me about it mate.

I originally saw Bon Jovi back in 1987 on the Slippery When Wet tour and they were incredible. The women certainly looked older as well but there were still plenty of sorts to perve at let me tell you.

I was up on the Sunshine Coast last week but forgot to tell any forum members. Went to the Kawana Waters hotel for a beer. Nice big pub next to the Minyama Marina. Plenty of potential up there.

Never judge people by there music tastes, but like others on this board i will make a point if i don't like there particular music tastes.

Most of my mates ( actually 80% of them) aren't even into rock, yet they're my mates?

Yeah well if you knew how tough it's or where in my situation you wouldn't be laughing, money is depriving me of things i enjoy eg going to concerts, going out......and lack of money will mean i hardly venture down to Parra this year to watch some games, so i don't know how you can just tell me to lighten up? it's f**king terrible and got me way way down.

Didn't Jovi also come out in 89? or was it 90?

Your a f**king dickhead. It was then just the price of travel, you see i'm a f/t student, and i also do uni over summertime, i live by myself, and can only work a certain amount of hours a week because of Uni, so if you had any idea of how hard it's to save living by yourself f/t at Uni you'd respect it, and besides why should i justify myself to a bloke who thinks the guy from Midnight Oil is a better guitarist then Eddie Van Halen, gimp.

And before you ask, i actually had to sell my big day out ticket as well.

poor you.

Did someone really say the guitarist from Midnight Oil is better than Eddie Van Halen? For a comment like that, a member should ban themselves for such sheer stupidity.

That's like saing Jeff from the Wiggles is a better pianist than Billy Joel.
well

actually it was a "who is your favourite guitar player" thread.
I said ...and rightly fuggen so... Jim Moginie.

,...and then Ron turned it into some sort of hair rock solo contest.

as angus said about E.Van Halen's guitar playing

"pffffttttt all that stuff is practise".

Ron, Bon Jovi did tour in 1989 as part of the New Jersey tour. I went to that one as well. Can't remember as much but it was still awesome. They had a catwalk above the stage and it's probably when they were at their absolute best IMO.

I also saw Bon Jovi twice in 1993 as part of the Keep the Faith tour, once in 1995 as part of the These Days tour.

I also saw Richie Sambora in 98 when he came out solo at Selinas and I saw John at the Ent Cent when he came out to promote Destination Anywhere.

Bon Jovi.

lol.

Spent about half an hour pissed on the train back from Rage with a few mates giving it to faggy, sheltered Bon Jovi fans.

Almost as fun as the actual gig.

I'm sure they were quaking in their Cowboys boots, scared to face off against someone from the mean streets of Terrigal.

 @ rage, the most leftist band there is. Tom morello with his same ol same ol "chug chug" riffs and this guy gets noteriety, typical 90's born generation with no imagination, yet when some boring whingeing f**k with a che guevera t-shirt calls out for mediocrity a truckload of you useless f**kers answer the call!

Bon Jovi have written some way more awesome songs than your poofy politically correct counterparts and if morello would take notice, he might learn something off Sambora.
