Do plumbers know how to send emails??? Emails would have been received quicker than a letter. I bet the so called letter comes 4 weeks late.... Just like the good old post card which used to take an eternity and would more than likely arrive 5 years later. Next they'll tell us they'll send messages via morse code.

Great to see the usual political shitfight looks like frigging up a no-brainer once more. Here is a guy without obvious political baggage, with obvious skills and resources and apparently a love for the club, but yet people want to get in the road.......f**k me dead.....we get the leaders we deserve.

Please don't let the f**kwits win guys. I'm not a member....I don't live in Sydney, but I'd consider becoming a member (of the club....not a tool) if it meant reforming our board structure.

+1

People should put their petty issues aside and get the f**k out of the way.

If the motion to allow an independant Director to be appointed to the Board doesnt get passed on Monday night, the Chairman will only have himself to blame IMO.

Seperation of the motion and the candidate would have been a better approach. In other words Sharp should not have sent a letter containing Bill Moss' name or indeed his CV. He should have simply sold the members on the idea of an independant Director and the criteria that will be used to select such a Director in the future. Get Members over the line on the concept and get the motion passed which then gives the Board the ability to select someone. But wait a month or so before selecting someone. What he has done by linking the 2 is to make the motion reliant on people views of Moss - which is not constitutional reform but rather a vote for Moss to join the Board by a select number of members who are in attendance on Monday night.

Could be a 'fail' Mr. Chairman though personally I hope not.

You do realise he is not a plumber any more ?

He's actually a CEO now.

It's kind of interesting the people still aligned with Spags are criticising this guys history but never once mentioned Spags's.......

Our fans are more split than the board are!
