If I don't get my letter by COB Monday I probably will...
Good for you.
If I don't get my letter by COB Monday I probably will...
Or the chairman counted for 2 votes? which eliminates the CEO of any votes...
Regardless, any suggestion that not all the directors are aware is a real concern and this isn't the first time I've heard this happening in the past 12 months.
It's clear there is still a boardroom leak. Hadley just said that he'd been contacted by a board member and they hadn't been correctly informed by Sharp about the vote to appoint Moss. He also went on a rant about comments Issa had made about his wife and family and the last meeting that he was upset about. He said that the comments had got straight back to him.
Yeah I read what you wrote and I didn't get it.
Do you mean, that the directors did not know of the AGM and the resolutions put to it, or that as the letter suggests, that Steve Sharpe intends forward Bill Moss's name to the board if the independent directorship is approved at the AGM, for the board to investigate and deliberate on.
Because if it is the latter, apparently Sharpe is sending this out to answer questions being asked of him about this resolution on what it would mean to have an independent director.
Agree Delboy.
get over it Kearneys goneYeah it sucks that only members on one side would vote for the good of the club. The ones on the other side would just vote for their preferred candidate.
I don't listen to Hadley but I'm only going by his claim of from a director to Hadley...
get over it Kearneys gone
and Poo your vote still doesn't count

Yes but only because it happens to suit your dickhead agenda
Didn't seem to help Donald Sterling (LA Clippers)I think democracy's a stupid idea, especially in the context of running a competitive organisation.

What's my dickhead agenda? Dont you support these guys? I do. They're doing a terrific job.
