Brent Tates career maybe over

You obviously have no idea how the media works do you?

Here's a little insight to help you. The week after the first Origin, the media would have been hounding Tate, trying to get a comment about the hearing. And I mean hounding. And Tate made one statement about being terrified ... woo ... and all the NSW supporters gasp in horror that a Queensland player would say such a thing.

Here's what you don't understand. That comment was a result of the media hounding Tate, not visa versa.

When Tariq Sims tackles Shaun Fensom, the media don't ring Tate ... alright. They just don't. They don't even think about getting a comment from Tate.

Can you see this yet ... or are you still trying to get the safety pin in your dirty nappies.

Here's one for the ages:

I'll always remember that try and this one...

He sure could motor before all those knee recos. Sure wish JT still had that acceleration also.

Tate - the angriest man playing I always thought. Just loved his determination, passion for whatever team he was playing for, someone who you just love to have in your side as you know he will never get up - dare I say, typical Qlder?

To come back from so much adversity can never be taken lightly. NSW fans love to hate Tate but no one can deny he can play. Whatever position be it wing or centre, he was a very good player.
Tate - if that was his last game - thanks for the memories.

You just keep on thinking that, I need people who don't understand the difference between sooking and pisstaking . . . to hell with it, tell everyone how you came to the conclusion that giving credit to a talent has anything to do with liking a bloke

Well poor example with Mundine then. Any fighter he fought with talent beat him.

Only way he beat Green was due to the ridiculous weight criteria. The rest he beat were chumps (or robbed ala Geale).

Mundine had quick punches against chumps but was shit against any quality.

Comparing him to Tate who played at the highest level and excelled would mean that Mundine fought the best and won. He didn't - not by a LONG shot.

Im just taking the piss pops.

Mundine is a f**king idiot though, told everyone he was one of the greats when in the grand scheme of things for the vast majority of his boxing career he was a nobody who fought nobodys, being talented doesnt change that.

The analogy with Mundine was the easiest path to a reaction, since I'm known for fishing it must be obvious. As with Tate you don't have to like Mundine or even rate the bloke, to dismiss either as not giving of his best is a bull in my china shop

Not disputing Mundine gave his best. And I don't think anyone is saying they believe Tate didn't give his best?

Just saying Mundane's best was so far below the highest standard required to accomplish anything. He may as well have not boxed such was the chasm between perceived and actual ability.

To make it worse he was an ungracious, moronic dickhead to boot.

Never liked Tate as a player one little bit. Loved to see him get smashed. But definitely respected the bloke for his ticker. Tate and that dickhead Mundine were chalk and cheese.

I know exactly where you're coming from but it doesn't matter if I agree or not, all that matters is that an established NRL player, which is an exceptional achievement, is not dismissed lightly . . . how many posts before I get into the run-on team

Agree that Tate has had a great career and has been a great player (although hated by most).

Just do not agree with the Mundine analogy at all.

Were you high when you posted this? Or are you unable read?

You suggested I was wishing injury on Tate. Unfortunately I was sober and straight. You obviously beat me to the hooch with that post of yours. Probably you were caught up in your agenda driven, narrative, commie, nazi, airy fairy, tinpot dribble and confused yourself. You're definitely making a habit of it lately.

How much skinhead anal sex did you engage with your uncle tonight?
