What a complete hack!

Couldn't put Manly to the sword on his home ground, with a lopsided penalty count in his favour and Manly with no bench for the last 20mins.

I hope parra fans are ready for more of the same with their club making a bid for this overrated trog.

Chook.

IF he the best halfback NSW have we are in deep sh*t. Depending on how carney goes over the next few weeks I would give Orford a run if i had to choose someone.

... pearce is in red hot form.... has never played SOO/ Anasta
... wallace is in good form... has never played SOO / Anasta

who would u pick?
pearce and anasta would be the best pairing there...
although i dont want the kid chucked into the SOO scene too early

I'd pick Orford at half.

I think the best 5/8 is Todd Carney. He can use his running game better there and isn't a true organiser (so i wouldn't consider him at halfback).

We need to pick halves that can create points or we wont win. Its a shame that Robbie Farah is injured because he would have taken the presure off the halves if fit and picked at 9. Buderus is inspirational and a great defender but does not come close to offering the attacking skills of Farah.

Kimmorley hasn't even got a try assist all year. But please go ahead and take him off our hands!

NO!! Not pearce, anyone but pearce please, give him another year or two and then he will be more prepared, i dont want what happend to mullen last year to happen to pearce. While ur at it we'll keep anasta for ourselves aswell thankyou.

so im all for this bird/kimmorley combination

Finch's kicking game was very good last night...constantly kicked to open area instead of straight down Stewart's throat...the 2 bad mistakes that led to first half tries were not his fault but the wingers fault...and the final try...the fullback ( Burt ) should never have let it bounce...but he probably thought the winger was gonna cover it...then the hole they let Lestrange stroll thru was woeful as a defensive effort on their line...

Without Finch and Hindmarsh they'd have been lapped...

Finch has been pretty average i haven't understood any of the hype around him being picked for origin, he's been average for a while but all this shows is the huge lack of depth in the halves for NSW.

Finch: 'We were disgusting'

FRUSTRATED Brett Finch last night slammed Parramatta as "disgusting" after the Eels slumped to another heartbreaking Parramatta Stadium loss.
The dejected No. 7 declared his side "woeful" with the Eels throwing away a late lead against a heavily depleted Sea Eagles side.
"The pathetic tries we are letting teams score, we are just letting teams stroll over the line," Finch said.
"Their first two tries were awful. We just can't let them do it. We are just having to crawl our way back into games. We did a great job to get back into the game."

Brett, you definitely didn't help

I think it's embarressing that a player like Anasta is garunteed a jersey... that's pathetic...
