Broncos proved themselves tonight

This Year?

It's astounding how the Broncos get made to look average when they are playing away from Suncorp or their opposition isn't getting penalised out of the game.

I'm not really sure why posters are looking to blame Hunt and Milford. The Broncos forwards really let them down in the second half. The eels were clearly getting better metres in the forwards and the Broncos didn't get to the eels line close enough for them to be able create anything.

I would like the Broncos spine to play longer together before making any declarations they have been chopping and changing the line up because of injury. Losing Andrew McCullough is blow though.

More the second point than the first.

I'd say leg ups week in week out have a narcotic value. Take them away and withdrawals occur.

I meant this season. To get their timing back, the team has had injuries gaps in the halves combination. It's been Hunt/Milford, nikorima/Milford, Hunt/Marshall, Milford/MArshall. The halves line up has not been settled this year. So no I'm not "KIDDDING"

Not sulk so much as long-standing issue. It's been a problem all year for the Broncos, especially when they get a good lead at half time. The reason I regard them as also-rans is because they continually put the cue in the rack and wait for time to pass rather than playing the game to win.

At 12-0 up you can see the Broncos defence get complacent. That lead to two quick tries which gave Parra the confidence to go on with it. Parra took their chances and made the most of them. The Broncos displayed the same poor attitude that has nearly cost them a number of times this year and got trounced because of it.

I could hope that this is a wake-up call but they had the same habit last year as well. Even going back as far as 2015, but they had a team that could get away with it better then.

Any chan

Bennett hasn't moved on from his dragons years. Get a lead, wrestle slow down the game and defend your way to victory. He has team now that should just be piling on the points and putting teams to bed. he has been preaching high speed high points football and has almost delivered just has to take it to the next level

Jordan Kahu almost bombed a certain try. If the Broncos hadn't scored he would never heard the end of it.

Andrew McCullough it's been reported will be out for 8-9 months the injury is bad that was reported on the telecast. It's a shame some touted him the successor to Cameron Smith in hooker position for QLD. He's also dealing with an injury that its possible when he comes back he won't be the same. I know when Lockyer did his ACL it pretty much hampered his running game after he returned.

That is terrible news. Here's hoping he comes back in as good a form as he was in. Massive loss for the Broncos.

Well, as much as I like some of what Adam Blair brings to the Broncs in the middle, it was a sheer grub that has ended McCullough's season.

Darius whinged and whined over Edward's falling on Kahu but no mention of Blair using his shoulder to smash a bloke without the ball which resulted in a serious knee injury to one of his own.

All he had to do was wrap his arms around Jennings to illegally prevent him chasing his own kick. But no, let's jam him with a shoulder charge and put his team's hooker out for 8 to 9 months.

Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Totally late and unnecessary that was.

Would not wish that on anyone. Condolences to the bloke and hope he cones back stronger.

The rainbow to this bad news is it is a massive kick in the nuts for Wayno and his grubby club. May their slide continue.
