Broncs game

Good to hear from Hook that he is looking forward to seeing Bud playing tomorrow in the 7.

Hook knows that the Broncos without their main players will still be hard to beat as the replacements will lift. We have got to play hard and fast footy - the emphasis is on fast with everything, so the players will need to be in tiptop condition and fit. The weather will be totally different to the game against the Raiders so the dryer track will ensure that the pace will be a cracker.

Go the Mighties - big team effort required boys.

do agree moga and Reuben aren't good enough however could you imagine sloan up against Jordan pereira? he would literally run over him. Sloan needs to be patient and work on his defence. Ramsey made a try saver on tapine that was so under the radar. He is a good defender

What I can't imagine is Pereira chasing down Sloan or anyone else. I didn't mind Jordan's runs on kick returns but he wasn't much good for anything else, it's why we let him go and why he's only played one 1st grade game this year. I reckon Sloan would have as good a chance of bringing Pereira down as the turnstiles Moga and Rueben. I'ts academic anyway because Feagai looks set to take his place on the wing which is the best option as he's plying some good footy, really establishing himself out there.
It makes you wonder though where Sloan's future lies now that Ramsey has grabbed the No.1 jersey.

Looks like Jaiyden Hunt is going to play tomorrow I would have to guess. Michael Molo out of the squad, Moga comes onto the bench. You wouldn't imagine that would be the final 17. Just looks like if Feagai is out (hopefully he isn't) Moga will come onto the wing and Hunt onto the bench.

Moga in, Jaydn Hunt in and Matty Feagai out?

What about Mick Molo? Dropped on form?
I didn't know what to make of this change when I first read it. Thanks, smiley, for making some sense of it. I have liked Michael Molo right from the trials through NSW Cup into the NRL but I don't think his game is 15-20 mins from the bench which is how he has been used of late. So I will be happy to see Jaiyden Hunt or Josh Kerr given that role which will no doubt go to McGuire when he's back on deck. Some posters say Kerr has had plenty of chances but this view doesn't recognise his steady improvement. Always runs straight, tackles well and in the NSW Cup games I have seen this season his offloading has become more judicious.

i would think sloan still has a place in the side, once he is ready i wouldnt mind seeing him in the centers, that may suit him, with lomax attempting a role in the forwards, just my thoughts but it would be a shame to lose this guy.

The two points are crucial today but the subscript for our club is perhaps more profound.

If Sullivan has a dominant display then he should pick himself somewhere in the 14 or at least 17 next week and beyond. No more omissions from the team. He isn't going to hang around being constantly told to bide his time. He shouldn't have to. He is NRL quality and we are a fair to average team. If he is fit he is in from this day, simple.

I have little doubt he is going to sparkle alongside Amone and this will be a momentous day for us. A turning point at the selection table. I don't care how you fit both Sullivan and Hunt in the same team, you see to it.

There are no excuses anymore for prioritising Mbye and McCullough over our future. The main thing is to really pray that Sul's injuries are now behind him.

Really excited for today's game. Bud and Junior are our future so hopefully they combine like we know they can and the rest of the boys support and play off that. I'm OK even if we lose because of above. Good luck guys. Go you mighty Dragons!!!

I'm a big fan of Jaiden Hunt so keen to watch him play today.

How will Hook and the fans react if Bud is underwhelming?
He’s seen Sloan get axed so there’s lots of pressure on Bud to be the messiah.
Fingers crossed Bud is good enough today.
As long as Hook gives Sullo and Amone free reign to go out and play eyes up footy we will be fine..Remembering these two have played together for years ... No dragons footy today please .Looking like a fast track up here today ..
Dominate up the middle early ..Kick to to the corners ,,Apply pressure , then allow the youngsters to run them off their legs .....

The key today is the forwards being dominant in defence without being stupid or over the top and giving away dumb penalties.

In attack the pigs should get 3 plays out of six and the kids get the other 3 to play it as they see it and that shouldn’t be in any pre ordained order.

The last thing we need to happen today is for Mc Cullough to think he has to organise the way we play and start doing dumb stuff out of dummy half.

The Tigers let the Ells off the hook in the first half last night. Hook needs to keep the players lid's on early.

Suli to get a triple :D

Our young halves pairing need our forwards to lay a solid platform and get some good go-forward.

Bud and Junior to carve up!

Give them some space and watch them shine...
