Brooks chooses AFL over Tiger records being broken

I would be disappointed if one of Souths young boom players done this , starred one week and then did this the week after.

My concerns
1) not a great start for an improvement of team culture in 2014.
2) why should West Tiger fans attend the game , when their up coming stars rushes out of the door to go watch AFL versus his team compete. As for the notion that he may have already purchased a ticket in advance, well if Brooks had half brain he could sell them.

Bullshit. The NYC team rarely sticks around for NRL.

Hell when we played on the GC they flew up, played and flew back all on the same day.

The kid is entitled to go where he wants to go after he finishes his game, Not all reserve graders and U23s stayed around in my days.

Nothing about nothing.

He played in the team last week, and we hope he will be there all of next year.

Maybe he could have learnt something watching the game for when they play Souffs next year, and commiserated after the game with his future team mates.

Like I said, not the best look for someone we really need to succeed.

When the NRL squad or even the captain turns up to more then just Lote's comeback game for State Cup then maybe he has an issue. If not he is just following the fine example set by the leaders of this team

Don't we want him to be better than most of the current team?

I have the vision ( maybe delusion) that he is going to be the Tigers version on Cooper Cronk.

I hope you are right.

The young guy had the tickets for a period of time before the Wests v Souths game was rescheduled.

As said; it is nothing to do about nothing.

Any 20's player that sticks around for firsts is usually buried in his i-phone while NRL is on

big fkn deal

This game was originally scheduled for Saturday night, correct? If so, he's bought these tickets thinking there was no game on Friday night.

Nothing story. Typical Terror graph.

All I want from Brooks is for him to be a good first grade halfback next year. I don't care if he goes to netball games on his days off.

Of course he's entitled to do whatever he wants.

But the fact he is obviously a passionate supporter of a VFL fumbleball team takes the gloss off him a bit in my eyes.

He is watching and learning their kicking styles ;)
Robbie is also a mad Liverpool supporter by the way.
