I just heard Gary Harley on 2HD saying the Knight's are taking Ennis to Sydney tomorrow as a possible back up for Danny. It seems he was unable to finish training yesterday as his hips locked up on him! (damn)
Gary also said that Price has been ruled out and Lowrie would be added to the bench. I can't remeber who Gary speculated will be added to the bench as I think Lowrie is only going to be used if BK is ruled out!
Not good news. Hopefully Danny will improve in the next couple of days. :?

Yeah I was concerned about Buderus' ability to play when I heared about his hamstring starin at training the other day, but this seems to be something totally unrelated.

Are the boys being pushed too hard at training to be getting all these injuries???

I reckon this is a Hagan thing - and a good plan.

When you look at our team it was always totally unbalanced - no one to play dummy half when Buderus went off - which he will do, because he can't be fit for 80 minutes in the first game of the season.

Hagan learnt a harsh lesson a few years ago when Kurt Gidley was talked up for a few weeks before his firstgrade debut, and the pressure put on him made him perform like a goat and set him back 6 months because he lost all confidence.

I think Ennis was always going to be in the team, but Hagan won't say it till the last possible second - so there will be no huge articles about the 'next big thing' putting pressure on the kid.

He always finds a way to sneak guys in for their first firstgrade game these days - he did the same for Lowrie, and I think he did similar for Ennis last game as well.

i reckon! i was just thinking... first parso was ruled out now hes playing, BK was ruled out now hes playing, price was playing then indoubt now hes ruled out, bedsy was playing now hes in doubt..... whats next?! :?

Hey people I'm just as confused as the rest...All I know is that Price has been ruled out of the game.. Lowrie has been named as BK's replacement if injured and Ennis is being included in the squad to go to Sydney tomorrow to cover for Bedsy. Whether this has been Hages plan all along....Who know's??? ;-)
