18 months since barba left because the dogs couldn't cover up his behaviour up for any longer...

I think what will see is the next season to show his true coaching ability. Now the roster Des built is finally falling apart and the players aren't happy and taking under's to have a superior roster we shall see how it pans out when he has to actually coach rather then send stars out to play the same way Des said too.

Yeah if memory serves correct I'm pretty sure both Morris and Nightingale have been approached about playing fullback fulltime in the past, but both have stated they prefer to play on the wing. Wayne Bennett described Brett Morris as one of the few "genuine" wingers in the comp.

Mate I am trying to put it in some perspective. There have some serious incidents with some footy players from assaults, sexual harassment, the list goes on. He and Furner has a falling out, and he did something silly. He paid the price and has since turned his life around. Did he let his team down, and maybe his fans? Probably.
