So you won't define producing talent then?
You go all the way back to Mason, O'Meley etc... Yourself
That is 2008
Not 2006
Go back another 2? 2004. Year the last team of either club won a title THE DOGS.

Although you are rooster fans so i'm not suprised you don't have a CLUE when it comes to producing talent. As you've produced NOTHING at all in recent years and further more in the nrl for the past 8 years.
O'Meley debuted in the 90's FFS and Mason about 2000 or 2001 fmd
Tonearm Terrorist said:I might be wasting my time here but DoggiesBro, what is YOUR definition of producing talent? It clearly isn't local juniors because Nate Myles, Issac Luke, Braith Anasta, Sonny-Bill Williams, Willie Mason, Mark O'Meley, Roy Asotasi, and Ben Barba aren't local juniors.
I gather that it is representing the club in the lower grades or representing the club as their first club? Jersey Flegg, reserve grade? If that's the case then off the top of my head for the Roosters in the last 10 years we've seen:
His Union days are almost finished, palyed on the bench in the real matches and was never going to be a real contender in a run on State or International Union team.
His boxing is just a wank, would never fight a bloke who could genuinely compete in the ring, only fights bloked who hit the dirt at th first sign of a punch.
League is all he really has, he carves publicity but fighting losers and sitting on a bench in Rugby internationals does not cut the mustard any more.
He can tackle and had some good ball skills but always shirked the real hard work, his teamates could not rely on him in a tight tough contest as he would hide on the wing till things slowed up.
Easts are again just a "transit" lounge, no spirit, no loyalty in that club..only a couple of rich blokes keeping them alive, Politis has lost a small fortune in the Greece economic debacle, he needs Packer to keep him liquid!
If DoggiesBro is also including junior leagues as a base for production then you can also include...
Antonio Winterstein
Sandor Earl
James Tamou
Dominique Peyroux
Ben Jones
David Hala
Justin Horo
With Tautau Moga and Kane Evans coming through too.
I bet you drink out of toilet after i go.
That post is as useful as anything you have posted.
2011 dogs 9th, roosters 11th
2010 dogs 13th, roosters gf
2009 dogs 2nd and semis, roosters last
2008 dogs last, roosters 4th.
2007 dogs 6th, roosters 10th.
2006 bulldogs 2nd, roosters 2nd last
2005 dogs 12th, roosters 9th
2004 dogs title, roosters lost.
of the past 8 seasons the dogs have one title and have been more succesful 5 out of the 8 seasons. sit down rooster muppets.
Why would you choose eight seasons not ten.
Roosters played 4 grand finals over the last ten seasons
Won one premiership.
One minor premiership
On world club challenge win
Bulldogs won one premiership courtesy of rorting the salary cup by over 1 millions dollars,
Got two wooden spoons.
No minor premierships
No world club challenge wins
If you had a functioning brain you would acknowledge that the transfer market makes this whole idea of developing juniors pointless. The purchasing power of your team matters a lot more than your ability to develop juniors. Accept it and if you can't boycott the NRL because that's the reality.
Why would you list wooden spoons for the dogs and not for the roosters? They got it in 2009 the last of both clubs, the reason i listed 8 years was because that was the last time EITHER club won a title. Which was the DOGS.
If you had a brain that wasn't backing the c**k, pun intended, you would realise your club has offered nothing in along time, has won nothing in along time except the last spoon between these two clubs, was worse in 2011 and will be worse again in 2012.:lol::lol:
