And as for Will Chambers, the only reason I brought he’s name up is because the tackles are very similar. A chicken wing is controlling the arm into a position that can cause injury, especially when applying a twist . I rewatched it, it was definitely a chicken wing. The only defence of that tackle is he did let go pretty quick before any real injury occurred

Roosters coach Trent Robinson urged the match review committee to ignore the fact Dugan stayed down after the incident.

"You can't look at the actions of the player on that," Robinson said when questioned about a possible ban for Mitchell.

"If they're going to go off then fine, but you can play for penalties at different times as well. That's up to someone else."
