The seniors don't respect him, nor does the coaching staff except for his brother....fact.

Flegg is small and most are of in the younger age bracket and will still be in flegg filling out and maturing over the next season or two at the very least.

Aaron is one of the biggest advocates of the local junior policy there SLE and you know it only too well. He was handed a bunch of Kiwis to mother over here, a few have been sent packing , and he has been the victim of huge player turnover as a result. That kind of thing is always unsettling for flegg teams when players step up to reserves or leave totally, and he has coached this small side to good wins this year over top 4 flegg sides .

I'm a huge believer in local juniors and the ex players that are planning to come back, I believe that they should be part of the club and will have success, But to imply A raper was anti-local juniors would be un-fair IMO.

Agree d that the sentiment is there but also agree with SLE trhat the younguns would do better with a better coach at that age.

ET is too busy to come busting back I would think.
Maybe one day.

I cheered the day he left because he was another, who self propessed to have a good kicking game & kicked like a busted aarse .

Stuey is the guy who has to go, because he cannot deliver.
His analysis of our strenths and weakness and thus formulating a game plan based on those strengths is not up to NRL.
He cannot compete with Sheens,Bennett, et al.
Maybe he should coach Flegg.

I think you need to look at the big picture. If Flegg was used properly to develop players and we kept them instead of letting other clubs pillage all our talent then this would build depth which would benefit our NRL side. Great players all start out somewhere - how many have we not developed and been lost to other clubs or the game altogether.
