Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
I have sold my interest in the Newspaper and Travel Business to my partners, and have 'retired'. I will continue as a freelance, and probably do some bar work.
My main priority is to regain my health. To say I have had a bastard of a year is an understatement. I am going to spend more time with my missus and grandkids, and take more time to smell the roses...and probably more time on this forum which I find very relaxing.
My last interview as a journo in my own paper was with a Manly player!!!!
