online is so frustrating. Im prestige lvl 54....and am pretty decent at the game IMO. But deadset i will encounter atleast 10 people everytime i play that are immune to being shot and stabbed! You can put an entire clip into em and they wont die.

This is what my mate says :lol: Is it your ping? He always complains but then looks and realises all the Americans are really a few places ahead of where they appear for him.

Looks like a good game by the way... it rewards camping so much though.

How?

You get to see a clip of where the camper was...so you respawn, shoot the camper. Easy. n00b t00bs are the campers worst enemy, which I why I always pack one.

I think the death streaks get a bit ridiculous. One game last night there were two harriers and two choppers circling at once.

I had the issue at the start, as all Aussies did, but now it is fine. How many green bars are you getting? I usually get full or nearly full connections but I find if I have yellow bars then I lag.

Also, forward some ports on your router or put your console in a DMZ. Helped me a lot with online play.

In saying that...there are some demi-gods out there. And there are no mods on PS3 either...what there is though are controllers that can be used that are pretty much a mouse and some buttons. Just like on a PC. I've been completely owned in GTA by guys using these.

You can get controls with 'turbo' buttons. So a single shot weapon (like a pistol or sniper rifle) will fire as if it is an automatic weapon. I've come across guys using them on World at War.

I've heard of turbo buttons but this is what a lot of FPS console gamers are using:

Basically it makes it easier to target quicker. Much better at tracking a moving target...such as myself sprinting across the map.

Online play is where it is at.

There is a steep learning curve though. A really steep learning curve. You will die. A lot.

I am finding it hard getting my KDR up, as when i started i was HORRIBLE.

i was about 1.5K under with a KDR of .2
now im 400 behind with a KDR of .89.

I use the Scar-H with a silencer, and a PP2000 with a silencer
Perks - Scavenger Pro, Stopping Power Pro and Ninja Pro.

I use a silencer on one of my classes but it does effect your range. You'd be surprised at how far you can nail guys with an SMG.

My kdr when I first started out was woeful because of the ping issues. Now it's 0.9 or something. The games do vary though. Last night I went 30-4 on one map and then got arse raped on the next by the same guys I flogged.

I can't stand the estate map. Snipers heaven. I just go with my meth-junkie class and stab everyone I see.

Either that or sit back and t00b everyone and listen to the screams of rage.

:lol: Love the name of the class.. it's a boring map because all the fighting is centered around the house but it's pretty sweet if you enter the house without being spotted, easy kills.

The trick i have found for that map is to use the side where the water and the boat shed is and try and get around behind the enemy. Less people commute by that route. Most people take on the creek and nursery side.

I try to hang around the back areas of the house, get the people coming in or out. Planting a couple of claymore's can't hurt either.

I can't camp. I'm like an overexcited puppy. I'm okay for a minute or two but then I need to move. If I kill someone while camping I then get super paranoid because I know death is coming soon.
