Just went and re watched the incident.

Sutton calls time out becasue Reynolds was injured and doesn't call time back on until after Smith approcahes him. Isnt time out for injury designated time to approach along with after a try,:issuing a caution.

Sterlo makes a comment during the call after Slater's second try about approaching the refs and yes, injuries are designated stoppages when the captain can approach the ref.

So Cameron Smith was well within his rights to approach Suttor for that diagraceful penalty on Hinchcliff's challenge.

Segayaro's 'elbow' was deemed vicious enough to be placed on report today.
He obviously isn't frustrated from being a great player enough to get away with it.

Regarding the salary cap thing, other clubs have gone over the cap, secondly, all RL players are under paid, Smith etc. deserved the money they got.
