Can Toulouse survive?

All depends on when Toulouse became aware of the vaccine laws in France.

If the law ruling has just come to being in the last couple of weeks then it’s bad luck on their part but if they’ve known about it for months then it’s bad management.
Even with years notice what options did they have?

It wasn't realistic that they could replace him with a player his equal or better, so that left them in the position of either firing him and hoping that they can get by with a replacement, or holding onto hope that they could convince him to get the vaccine.

Neither option was ideal, and not matter what decision they made they were going to be criticised for it.

We’re talking about mark kheirallah here a good championship level player and average super league player at best and not Tom trbojevic. I’m sure there’s plenty of players equally as good if not better than him in the Queensland cup and NSW cup that Toulouse could have signed.

Looks like Wakefield might be Toulouse's best hope for survival! They need to make their home games count to have any chance of staying up. If I was them I'd try and sign Milford for the year before he goes to the Dolphins.

Can confirm that all players currently in dispute with the club centres around the vaccine mandates imposed by the French govt. Seems only a couple have been named.

Trust the science.... You mean your trust in the media? 😂 if you got your information from science journals your opinion would be different.
Which peer reviewed journals would these be that say it is unsafe? Certainly nothing I’ve read in the BMJ.

yep, my opinion. oh and pretty much all of the scientific worlds lol.
It is known that Myocarditis is a side-effect of these experimental vaccines and it is also bearing out that young men are being affected by it the most. This is why free choice is important, it is each individuals choice to weigh up the benefits vs the side-effects in their own personal health situation.

And just for context, the players mentioned are both in their 30's and are only signed till the end of the year. And let's face it, they way its looking, Toulouse will likely be relegated which would mean that they would likely retire at the end of the season anyway.

So effectively, they are being forced to take a vaccine they are both strongly against to what, play footy for an extra 6 months or so?

It's not worth it if that is their stance.

The only way Toulouse will survive is if super league either scraps relegation this season or goes for a 14 team competition for next year.

Im surprised they didnt go after some NRL quality and try and snaffle some Dragons players to strengthen. They look as out of their depth as Leigh did last year. Shame as I really want them to stay up for the good of the game in France!
