Totally agree.
I can't stand how Channel 9 have handled them the last few weeks (neither can I) . It's like they're cashing in on the Cowboys success (who'da thunk it?) - having the Footy Show up there, going inside the dressing room for the victory song, etc - when in reality Channel 9 has been missing for 9 years (![]()

), because they've had more than enough opportunities to show Cowboys games (earlier this year, last year when they were on a winning streak, etc).
If I was a Cowboys fan (and I am) , I'd be pissed off at how Channel 9 is proclaiming it like a Rugby League miracle when they've been nowhere to be found up until they're actually successful (and I am) . I know that probably sounds a bit rich (no, that's about right) and they should be happy that they're on TV now, but still, it just reeks of sensationalism by Channel 9 (sensationalism? Nien? Surely you jest) .
You can't blame channel 9. The Cowboys have been shite since they entered the comp. If they can keep improving and remain competitive then Channel 9 will show some of their games.skeepe said:What really irritated me was when Sutcliffe was doing the intro and said "Nobody knows who they are" when, for a start, that's probably only the channel 9 audience, and secondly, who's fault is that?
Yeah? Other teams have been "shite" for years, they still got TV games. How do you explain that?Rooster Cogburn. said:You can't blame channel 9.
