Robbo has been great this year...from all reports I have heard chad has not.

Also scored a few valuable tries and has defended soundly.

Agreed, Robo's been great this year and I believe he is a key component to our team, while not being the greatest play, is always consistent and looks for the smart play.

I'm just concerned that he was great at the beginning of last year as well before he faded away. I wonder how he will be towards the back end of this year, let alone how he will be next year with older legs?

I'm not saying Chad is the answer, not by a long shot. I just think people may be selling him short.

Point is, players like those 2 don't make the transition to first grade. Why?
Being average is a major part of that.

As for the other part, cute, but not quite. Playing wasn't my passion. Coaching, and more importantly spotting talent is.
The latter part, is something you struggle to do.

I came on here because I have a soft spot for Cronulla, I start chatting and before you know it, I'm being told to go and inject at Penrith maccas (well I think that's what he meant). Yet I'm a troll.

I then said that I grew up in the shire but left because I hated it. I was then called a Farktard or something similar and someone else suggested that I walked to school in the snow. I know for a fact that Trent Barrett and Ivan Cleary are keen to get him on board, I'd say that they are pretty good at judging half back talent.
