Chad showed a lot of promise and I think we Shark fans held significant hope that promise would shine when given his opportunities. Unfortunately, while Chad has held his own adequately, he hasn't shown the sort of play making we hoped to see.

Equally, he isn't showing that in NSW cup either. Solid, does his job but that about it.

Probably has not helped that when given his opportunities he hasn't partnered Carney.

Robbo has it over Chad as he s a better defender and in my opinion, reads the play better.

If Chad is given a chance at another club, it will be sad to see a junior go, but he really doesn't fit what we need going forward. Just my opinion.

Yes he never got a chance with Carney outside him, to ease the pressure on him to create something & allow him to play his game, which is guiding the team around the park. I regards to the Eels game, tell me who didn't play crap that day.

Well, I for 1 think we need to retain him if possible. He must only be early 20's, so he will mature. He's a halfback & they are hard to come by. Not only that, he's a junior & we should try to retain our best ones, like him & Peachey.

I'd prefer to re-sign Robson personally.

Robson has served his purpose but we have so many players off contract and money to spend that an upgrade has to be on the cards.

Townsend should go to the warriors or dragons. Wont get much of a go at the riff and he needs to be careful with his choices or he will end up like another old sharkie Ryan Carr, floating from club to club stuck behind better players.

I hate seeing our juniors play elsewhere. Our best teams have had strong contingents of local juniors. I love the blokes who come to our team from elsewhere and become cronulla through and through but we need to have players from local clubs in the team.

And if you have sons playing soccer, rugby union or AFL instead of rugby league f**k off, no excuses, you're not commited to rugby league (conditions apply).
