It was my first ever professional rugby league match to see live, and even with being hyped for it it was awful :D

A great day out, cool atmosphere, but a crap game..

It's difficult to get a good match at Wembley as the turf is so lush, add the bad weather, and you're guaranteed a poor match. CC Final should be at the Millennium Stadium, roof, and the pitch is mowed properly. Wembley more interested in protecting the pitch and having it look good. Typical Pommies, image over practicalities and substance.

To be bloody fair... It is summer in the NH.

So you wouldn't expect weather like that too often..

And even so... Playing under a roof should be banned IMO.

Playing wet weather football is part of playing rugby league. Some sides are better on a dry track than others and some teams are better in the wet than others.

I don't see why you should advantage one team over another.

It takes a variable away from the game which I think is wrong.

It would be like watering a pitch heavily before a game to negate a good attacking side. You wouldn't see that happening.

Every CC Final I've seen has been quite good except for this one.
