Every team that Victoria have played is better than all teams NSW has played except possibly T&T.

VIC have played Delhi (Gambhir, Sehwag, Dilshan, Shah, Nannes, Nehra and Mishra) , Bangalore (Uthappa, Dravid, Taylor, Boucher, Van de Merwe, Kumar, Kumble and Steyn), Cape Cobras (Duminy, Zondeki and Ontong) and Wayamba (Jayawardene, Vandort, Mubarak, Maharoof and Mendis)

NSW have played T&T (Bravo, Ganga, Pollard and Ramdin), Somerset (Langer), Diamond Eagles (Dippenaar) and Sussex (Chawla, Joyce and Smith)


Yeah, those sides VIC have played look pretty ordinary.
