Hunts kicking game so far is good. They've had some good ideas in attack, just been let down by execution.

Their intensity dropped off once the starting pack went off. We looked pretty comfortable for the first 25mins

Ridiculing Nightingale is beyond dumb. His disallowed try was extremely unlucky, and without him diffusing a 'bomb', Souths would be further in front.

Highlight for me in the 1st half was Hunts kicking in general play... Just something we have missed for years from a 7.

Low, is our defence. Poor reads, missed one on one tackles etc. Luc has been poor. Please tell Tyson to play the ball, he got penalised once and then got lucky later in the half not to be penalised again. Great player I know. Just touch the ball with your foot pls.

Luc is lazy. McInnes passing is a worry. His passing is very close to forward most times.
Hunt has earned his money. Class player.
Grahame is class also.
Shout out to Lafaii. No flick passes
Overall disappointing with the backs
Duffy. He is our fullback. Great game so far.
I doubt Luc will be in the team for the first game.
He is definitely not a starting second row.
He has had every chance to show what he can do and has not done that.
The bench is going to be of Hugh importance this year.

I don't like the fact that as said by others our forward defence falls off alarmingly once our main 'strike' forwards have departed the field. This is a real concern and there's no point in wishing the problem will go away as it won't . We , all teams need that steel in the middle , whom do we have to fill this huge hole ?

I wish SGI regained him instead of getting someone that was punted from his previous club (for obvious reasons).

Bit disappointed with Nighty tonight. Two costly errors (admittedly inches in both).

- First put down hand on the sideline which gave Souths a 7 tackle set, scoring that set and turning the game.
- Second put down, dropping the ball which would have put us back in it.
