If we start poorly and Toso and Russell star in KOE, I would expect Hook to make changes.

I am surprised Fui is in the squad ahead of Russell who was one of our best performers against St Helens.
I am surprised Fui is selected ahead of anyone- gets his indigenous rep jersey every year, does a dance, then does nothing on the field and that is about it for his year.

I’ll go against the grain here, I reckon Fuimaono has some upside. If we can keep him on the field I reckon he could be one of our best. He’s raw and full of errors but if he can put it all together he has potential.
I respectfully disagree. He is the kind of guy that Third Grade was invented for. Plus he's a penalty magnet since the Magic Round incident.
His selection is a reflection of Hook's blinkered "I've got talented kids coming up here, but I'll stick with what I know" lazy-arse BS approach.

He does plenty. He Hits blokes in the head and gets suspended for 6 weeks. There are only a few certainties in life…Death…taxes…and a Fui suspension.

I would of normally agreed with you because he is full of effort but after watching him in All Stars thus year and his efforts he just is not up to regular NRL player for a forward
Partial minutes as a fill in in desperation at best
He had already been to a few clubs to show his worth

Make or break year for him I think.
He’s 26 years old so not an old fella by any means. Let’s see what he does in 23.
