Willow mate, I am having some troubles with the chatroom myself. As you can tell I am currently in the chatroom, trouble is I can't access the chatroom options. I accessed them earlier tonight and had screwed up the fonts so I don't seem to be able to say anything or access the chatroom options again. I tried restarting the computer all to no avail.

The Chat Room is a program and like any program, it is subject to conflict and system errors.
I suggest you give it time because it is likely that NineMsn or your server are having trouble.
However, if you can't get on by tomorrow, let me know in this thread. You may have to download the Chat Room programagain.

If neccessary, I'll look into where the Chat Room program can be downloaded from.

I thought I'd get into the chatroom a little earlier to see if I could use the chatroom functions to see what went wrong last night. However, I am currently unable to access the chatroom at all, the link just sends me to an error page where it says the server is temporarily unavailable because it's maxed out. I've bloody well had enough of trying and I am about to just quit altogether. Can anyone help?

If anyone has any hassle, the actual message you received is important.
If you get: 'server us temporarily unavailable' or 'the server is maxed out', then it is a problem which the Nine Msn people. However, it could be your server.
Sometimes, it can also be due a thing called 'packet loss' when information simply can't get through in real time. The chat room requires a clean route and some of the route links might be down.

I have found that this will happen from time to time and it's frustrating but it is always temporary, lasting at most, one or 2 daysand at best just a few minutes.

Sorry, it's out of our hands. Just keep trying, if you can.
