I see your point but remember, we need to do the best by the Club. No player is greater than the Club and for all the players we have that are not champion players, we have bright young talent coming through that are being held up.

I would not argue with the idea of bringing in a top grade left centre or fullback in order to give the young backs someone to follow and look up to in the team.

To do this we have to off-load players and give players like Aitken, Lafai and Norman a fresh start at another club. As you rightly stated we have:
Dufty and Sailor who could play at 6, do a better job than Norman and have a much less impact on our salary cap.
Dufty is doing a fine job in attack from fullback but maybe could do an even better job at five-eighth. At least he would be amoungst team-mates who could assist in defence and would not necessarily be subject to the high ball so often.

I would be happy to see our young gun outside backs groomed in a position of the wing. This makes sense and should instill confidence in them.
Dufty at five-eighth mmm....I think we would know where the opposition would be running at.

Did we make any attempt to sign this guy ? Or simply just give up Lafai? just who does this useless club think is replacing Frizzel ?

We don't get a glimpse into the workings of the club. For instance, it isn't even clear what Flanagan actually coaches or why some players are persisted with and others aren't. That's fine, I don't need to know it all but all the fans have to judge on is results. There should be some clarity on the matter or all we can assume is that they've tried a bunch of players and failed a la with Suli.

Not to standard. Recruitment and coach to blame.

it’s all smoke and mirrors with this club.

following this club is frustrating as f**k. We are towards the bottom of the table. Haven’t looked like winning a comp for 9 years. All clubs buying new players, getting new coaches, and all we do is lose players to other clubs and replace them with over 30s journeyman.

This is where former gun players like Gasnier, Cooper, Mundine, Blacklock should be on the books talking to potential players to recruit spruiking up the club and its culture and what a great place to live and advance your career...........hang on this doesn't sound right
