No cos as a parra fan we know we have been shit all year and won't win the premiership the dogs had false hope all year much like storm in 07 and 09 lololololololol
Mate, after the Storm choked last year, and all the salary cap stuff the year before, they were going in this year as not only favorites, but also the hungriest team in the comp. The Bulldogs were not even expected to make the top 8, let alone win the Minor Premiership and make it all the way to the grand final. The Bulldogs didn't really win this years minor premiership, rather the Storm lost it when the lost an unheard of 4 games in a row.

After all the bickering and drama in the past off season, we did what we do best, and that's get out and support our team. We knew that the Storm were favorites, we knew that they were the likely team to win, but, we were also proud of our team for achieving what they did in Haslers first season in charge, that victory itself was worth celebrating.

Congratulations to Melbourne, they won deservedly so, but saying that we had false hope is not the case.

Now as for Parramatta, I hope that the Eels are up there again next year in the top 8. I want the rivalry from the 80s to be lite up again. Despite the fact that the Bulldogs and Eels hate each other, there is respect between the 2 teams, and that is something that no one can ever take from either team.

Melbourne Storm now have a target on their chests for 2013, all of the teams and coaches will study them carefully and try to dissect them piece by piece for the 2013 season.

As for the Mighty Bulldogs and Eels... bring on 2013

The only Dogs team you could even talk about choking is the NSW cup team.. cos well.. They would probably beat Parra and not winning the Cup was a let down.

The Dogs had a great year and credit to them for that. In saying that I got a lot of satisfaction in seeing you lose and watching your club's partial implosion during the game and since. Greenberg can only control so much.

Graham giving real meaning to the term Dirty Dog and too many peasant players abusing journos. No class.

Lick the bags Doggies. Lick the bags.

No one condones what Graham done - even Doggies fans are giving it to him for that, however, I will say that Slater did start that scuffle by going in the his knees. He's been warned about that multiple times and he still does it. Perrett got kneed by Burgess the week before and so we were awarded a possible 8-point try. Then Perrett cops it again from a repeat offender and that was it - how many times is the same guy supposed to cop a knee after scoring a try without doing anything about it? Basically the Bulldogs patients just ran out and look what happened. If there's any good to come out of this, hopefully it's that Slater knows that teams won't stand for it anymore (going in with the knees that is).

Slater did nothing wrong this time mate. He did not lead with his knees, He barely went in at all. He fell in softly. Perrett went on like a girl and Inu started the whole thing by pushing first.

Slater gets up and pushes back and, like all good Captains should do (not), dickhead Ennis basically escalated the whole thing to another level.

Stagg I beleive just tried to pull Slater out and Slater turned on Stagg not knowing it was him.

you have to be kidding? - he went for the ball and when he couldnt get there made the best of the situation to avoid him as much as possible.

As for the choking thing - it has to be said 3 mibnor premierships and not 1 gf win is a major choke.

Hey you're right, we didn't win, but at least we got there.

Manly's got a lot of talent coming through the lower grades it seems... Running 2nd last and 3rd last respectively. Oh and apparently even Mr. Manly himself doesn't think the coach is capable of leading his team to a premiership. I'll sleep well tonight knowing my club is in a good position to win next year

You didnt win the comp - you choked on the BIG stage at your HOME ground. As for next year its a LONG way from now and no guarantee you will be in the prime position you were in this year. Sleep on that.

In NSW Cup and Toyota Cup it could be said, but as I explained earlier, you can't really say we choked in First Grade as we were not the favorites and as many punters said we over-achieved this year.

So many butthurt imbeciles coming in here gloating... despite the catastrophic failure at some of their clubs.

Graham will deservedly serve a long suspension, that's life. He did the wrong thing.

We lost a Grand Final, but still also won three minor premierships. That actually is a prize where the club wins money, or have people forgotten that?

Losing a Grand Final sucks, but the club has a heap to be proud of. I'd rather be in blue and white than the colours of some other clubs right now.

Really? Well I know this sounds wrong but I thought you would've gone for the Bulldogs given the infamous GF of 2007 that you guys lost and also given Melbourne eliminated you guys the week before!

Anywho, yep I think the 3 clubs you mentioned will be top 8 again next year.

Here's to 2013 :)
