Well thats great all that money and I am not going to see the best players in NRL. Which means there are players in the teams that are lucky to play rep footy next friday. :x

Wouldve been great if I saw Bailey, Timmins and Hindmarsh line up for Country and Gower, Clinton and Waterhouse line up for City.

By what Big League has said Matt Orford qualifies as City which is strange because he is from Gosford the same as I think O'Hara (?) and he played for Country last year. Therefore whack Kimmorley as Country 1/2.

Orford is from the Central Coast, but played a couple of years in Norths Jersey Flegg team, as well as Mark O'Meley. Which was their first football after 16 yrs old.

I havn't seen a lot of grothe this season, but from what I've seen he's nothing special just yet, I'd rate both penrith wingers and a few others ahead of him, but certainly a good player don't get me wrong.

If you had seen him play this season then you'd realise he's been one of the form wingers in the NRL this year. He and Rooney will be the wingers.

Grothe should easily be picked in the team.

On a side note, I will be VERY pissed off if John Skandalis doesn't get a run.

Rooney did a catch like Grothe's last year vs Cronulla.

Will Lewis be picked? I would like to see a Lewis-Rooney combo.

Here's a bolter.

Daniel Fitzhenry for the Country bench. He is a great dummy half runner, has good pace, isn't afraid to tackle and has good ball skills and a decent kicking game.

He could be Country's version of Craig Wing.

Johnny Morris has to be in the country side!

I'd defiently put him in there, on the bench at the least.

Grothe v. Rooney is one the hardest decisions I think, without being a Penrith or Parramatta fan, I'd say Grothe has it over Rooney although I can't exactly pick out why

I'd say Sully would be a better chance due to the fact Guss loves him and Ricky is the country coach isn't he?

One guy I think deserves a mention for city (I think) is Michael Hodgson. Our best player this year easily. Davico wont let anyone down either.
