more consistent grind size
is the electric one a blade?

a guy at work has a breville auto grinder.i found it can slow the flow a fair bit if you tamp it too hard

stick with the auto for sure
go to marrickville or newtown and get some beans

Coffee Alchemy do some sensational single origin roasts
you can only get them instore though.but well worth the drive to Marrickville to get. i drove from blacktown to there one saturday morning and the cafe was full and the take section had 10+ people waiting to collect
